HOW TO GET MORE LEADS TO YOUR BUSINESS
If your business isn’t growing, your business is dying. So in 2019 it’s more important than ever to make sure you are maximising your lead potential, every contact you have with someone is a potential lead. Even when someone comments on your Facebook post, your Linkedin post, your Twitter post, your instagram post, or any other social media site you use, everyone is a potential lead.
In 2019, I strongly believe that these top 3 tips will help you generate more leads.
Run a live event
This could be a training session, if you’re a craft business, you could runa live craft event, teaching other people have to make things. If your business is a fashion retailer, you could host your own fashion show featuring designers whose pieces will be on sales in your shop for the new season. If you are a customer service consultant, why not run webinars helping businesses improve their customer service experience to their customers.
Whatever your business you can run a live event and this is a great way to generate leads to your business. Running a live event also allows the consumer to get to know you and your business more and build up that all important trust.
Facebook ads is a great way to generate leads, I hear many stories from businesses who say; ‘I have done Facebook ads and they don’t work for my business’ my response is always the same, Facebook ads do work, you just have to know what you are doing. Facebook Ads is a bit like walking for the first time, you didn’t know how to do that at first but you learnt and mastered the art of it.
Facebook ads is like buying a piano when you have never played it before, you cannot expect to be like Elton John or Gary Barlow the first time you have a go on a piano, you have to learn how to play it, Facebook Ads are no different, you have to learn. Once you fully understand Facebook and how Facebook ads work you will see far better results.
Go back to basics and attend upto 3 different networking events per week. Get out and actually talk with people, understand what problems they are trying to solve and see if and how you can help them with your product or service.
“Top Tip! When at networking events there may be anywhere between 10 and 100 people at the event, on average a person has around 40 friends so if you have 10 people at a networking event you can potentially tap into 400 people through their network of friends. If there is 100 people at the event you could potentially tap into 4,000 people”
It is so important to look at the bigger picture and think who does this person know that I maybe able to do business with, just because there maybe 10 people in a room that don’t require your business they may know someone else that does.
Give these 3 things a try and see how you get on. We would love to hear how you what successes you had, so please feel free to contact us.
